Pipeline Filtration Services
Solids generated during pipeline pigging can cause problems to downstream processes and mechanical equipment if not filtered from the pipeline completely. Even when existing filters are in line, these pipeline filters are typically not sized to handle the concentrated solids generated from pipeline pigging. Inadequate pipeline filter systems will plug rapidly and cause high filter usage. These fi lters can collapse under pressure and potentially cause major problems during pipeline cleaning pig runs.
To meet this challenge, Stric-Lan offers portable high capacity pipeline filter housings and cartridge designs with exceptional flow and solids holding capabilities. The SL721 series cartridges have greater solids holding and flow rate capabilities than conventional filters. Solids are captured on the inside of the filter for easy disposal and no cleaning.
Skid mounted units are available in ANSI 150, 300, 600 # pressure ratings with flow capabilities to 300 MMSCF/D.
