Pipeline Cleaning – Stric-Lan provides Operator Qualified (OQ) staff with over 50 years of combined experience in both online and offline chemical cleaning as well as mechanical cleaning. Because we are not tied to any one chemical manufacturer, we can select from a wide variety of proven chemical options based on the type of debris present. This often results in smaller volumes of chemical, minimized disposal cost and lower total project cost. So whether you are cleaning your pipeline to remove corrosive debris, black powder, paraffin or whatever your needs may be, we have the equipment and expertise to complete the work on time and on budget.
Portable Separation – over our company’s 35 year history, we designed and built the industry’s first high capacity portable separation equipment. We now operate one of the largest fleet of this equipment available. In wet gas systems where condensate may be present, we are able to provide secondary separation and flare stacks to control condensate flashing. Most of our competition simply can’t provide this service. We also provide the appropriate sized equipment for your specific project needs with the smallest possible footprint. So whether there’s the potential for liquids or solids in your pipeline, we have the equipment and staff to assure that all debris is captured and controlled within our system, while your pipeline remains online.
Portable Filtration – Stric-Lan Pipeline Services offers a new filtration package that has proven to be the best and most cost effective in the industry, especially for pigging projects. Solids generated during pigging can cause problems to downstream processes and equipment if not filtered completely. Conventional filtration systems typically cannot handle the huge volume of solids generated during pigging. Pigging, even intelligent pigging, can cause most filters to plug quickly or cause high filter use. Conventional filters will often collapse during pigging and cause major problems downstream. Our standard 80” glass fiber cartridge system can typically replace up to 75 standard 30” filters. We offer an absolute 99.9% rating and filtration to as small as 0.2 microns. Our filters stop black powder dead in its tracks. So whether you want to filter gas or liquid, we offer a filtration system that is unbeatable for most applications.
Portable Pipeline Flaring – we offer our flare stacks for separation project, pipeline blow-downs, pipeline abandonment, or whatever your project needs may be. Our flares include igniter systems with propane pilots. Along with our 60 foot flare stacks, we can provide sufficient temporary piping so that flaring or venting is done safely away from all personnel and equipment.
Hydrostatic Testing & Drying – our staff of experienced professionals have over 50 years of combined experience in hydrostatic testing, pipeline cleaning and drying. We have performed these services both domestically and internationally. Our experienced staff knows that often the simple things like pig selection can have a major impact on how quickly testing and drying can be completed. Pipeline dehydration to a -40 dew point is easily attainable with the right tools and knowledge, which Stric-Lan is proud to offer.
